Yes, the virgin soft tissue paper can easily absorb oil from the food as compared to the recycled tissue paper Napkins. The tissue fiber isn’t very strong in the recycled paper, so it doesn’t absorb the water or oil very well.
It depends on how quickly the tissue paper disintegrates in the water. The face tissue, paper napkins takes few hours to disintegrate in the water and can clog the pipes in the building. The Toilet paper disintegrates in a few minutes in the water and might not affect much if thrown in the Toilet. Even though Toilet paper disintegrates quickly, we don’t suggest throwing them in the Toilet Bowl instead if the bins.
