We’re seeking a qualified business development manager to expand our current business reach through expert cultivation of new, untapped business opportunities and relationships. The ideal candidate will be trusted to dive right in, take the lead, use initiative, and help build the brand that makes a difference in real world. Highly skilled at sales and technical aspects, this person should be a go-getter to achieve our company vision and inspiring results.
Objectives of this role:
- Market research & identifying new opportunities and tracking them.
- Provide pre-sales technical support & Level 1 post-sales support.
- Identifying new dealers across the market, successfully negotiate terms and onboard them.
- Participating in techno-commercial discussions and commercial negotiations.
- Demonstrate Sennheiser microphones to potential end customers/ resellers.
- Maintain a high level of open communication within the team and respective OEM.
- Maintain excellent client relationship with existing and potential clients/ resellers & OEM.
- Gather information, internally and externally, to support these discussions. Responsible for getting the orders.
- Liaising and negotiating with prospective clients to close business opportunities.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements.
- Prepare sales quotations.
- Executing and planning business development strategies and activities with management.
- Attending networking events, seminars, and conferences.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Min 3-5 years experienced Techno Commercial Business Development
Manager in the Electronics/live music industry.
- Strong analytical skills with good commercial knowledge & negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, written and communication skills in technical environment for business reporting and coordination.
Preferred skills and qualifications:
- Proficiency in MS tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Experience in Pre-Sales and Post-Sales Technical Support.
- Ability to deliver impactful demos/presentations.
